Award Criteria:

• Must be an alumni of Springboard FutureChef programme

• Should have a consistent and active involvement in supporting the Springboard FutureChef programme

• Demonstrated commitment to mentorship, volunteering, or providing resources to current programme participants

• Must have contributed to the growth and enhancement of the Springboard FutureChef programme through their efforts

• Should have a track record of promoting the values and goals of Springboard FutureChef within their professional network
