• Must be an alumni of Springboard FutureChef programme

• Must have achieved significant recognition and success in the hospitality industry

• Should have a proven track record of excellence in their profession, demonstrated through awards, accolades, and notable achievements

• Should have made substantial contributions to the industry, such as innovative practices, influential leadership, or a significant impact on their community

• Must exemplify the values and skills instilled by the Springboard FutureChef programme
