Springboard Programme: FutureChef Finalist

Will competed in Springboard’s FutureChef competition in 2016. It was his first competition he entered, which although he didn’t win, it gave him so much confidence and excitement to enter more competitions and learn the ways of being a chef. He is now working in a Michelin-starred restaurant with stunning surroundings in the heart of the Lake District.
