Springboard Programme: FutureChef

Saskia took part in FutureChef in the 2017/18 Competition. Working with her mentor chef Fraser from Prestonfield, Saskia progressed on to compete in the 2018 Regional Final.
In March 2018 Saskia began working the Prestonfield kitchens on a part-time basis whilst studying at Holy Rood High School.
After leaving school, Saskia hopes to secure a full time position at Prestonfield and pursue her career as a chef.
