Springboard Programme: Springboard FutureChef
Phoebe was crowned the winner of Springboard FutureChef in 2022, and has continued developing her interest in the culinary industry by taking up an apprenticeship in Professional Cookery and working at Amuse by Kevin Dalgleish.
Springboard FutureChef allowed Phoebe to work with some amazing chefs and gave her some unique experiences, including working at Royal Ascot, interviewing The Hairy Bikers on stage at ScotHot and attending the Master Chefs of Great Britain dinner.
Phoebe has put her culinary skills to great use by helping cook for her local community food bank, producing over 7,000 meals for those in need over the festive period last year.
