Conor took part in FutureChef in 2010, placing second overall. Following this, he was crowned the winner of ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish in 2011. He then completed an apprenticeship with The Savoy Hotel, before working at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. In 2016, Conor joined the Scottish Culinary Team and helped scoop silver in the World Culinary Olympics. Conor recently left Michelin-starred restaurant, The Cellar, to take up the position of sous chef at Hotel du Vin in St Andrews.
