Ashleigh Hellowell competed in 2015 making it all the way to the National Final, but unfortunately not placing. This opened massive opportunities for her and led her to taking on a 5-year apprenticeship in London with Steve Munkley where she learned lots of skills and progressed up the chain in the kitchen.
Ashleigh now works at Manor House Lindley in Huddersfield as a Sous Chef, 2nd in command over the whole brigade.
