Springboard Programme: FutureChef Finalist

Ashleigh took part in FutureChef at the age of 15, having been chosen for the programme by her college. Following on from the competition, Ashleigh was offered a place to study at Westminster Kingsway College. Additionally, Ashleigh took the initiative to ask one of the FutureChef judges for feedback on her dishes, and was instead offered an apprenticeship at the five star Royal Garden Hotel! Ashleigh still works alongside the hotel’s Head Chef and former FutureChef Judge, Steve Munkley. She was also recently chosen to be part of the WorldSkills UK squad.
