Conor McClean

Conor took part in FutureChef in 2010 and 2011. After FutureChef Conor competed in ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish in 2011 and won. Conor completed an apprenticeship with The Savoy Hotel whilst studying at Westminster Kingsway College before going to work at the prestigious Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons, where he stayed for a few years.

Recently Conor has moved back to Scotland is now working at the Rocca Restaurant at Macdonald Rusacks Hotel, St Andrews.
