Connor Blades

Connor first competed in FutureChef aged 13 in 2011 and went on to make the National Final in 2014. Connor is currently studying at Westminster Kingsway College for his Professional Chefs Diploma, whilst working as a Commis Chef Adam Handling at Caxton Grill.

“Through Springboard, I’ve had the opportunity to meet some of my culinary heroes such as Alain Roux and Adam Bennett, and cook with some great chefs, such as Alan Bird and Alyn Williams. It is an honour to be part of the Springboard FutureChef Alumni and to be associated with such a great charity."
