In FutureChef 2009 and 2010 we saw April Partridge compete. April went on to complete an apprenticeship with The IVY in London, before being employed there full time for 3 years.
April is currently working at The Clove Club and recently April ran a demonstration at the Scottish Chefs Conference. April has won many awards including The Hot Talent Award at Hotelympia 2012 and the Young Person of the Year award for The Craft Guild of Chefs in 2013.
